Takeaway owners sentenced after inspectors found ‘serious’ problems in the kitchen – North Wales Live

The owners of a takeaway in Denbighshire have been found guilty of six food hygiene offences and hit with a bill of more than £9,000.

During a visit to reassess the food hygiene rating at Dyserth Kebab and Fish Bar on July 9 last year, environmental health inspectors from the c ounty council found flies and a “strong smell of cigarettes” in the kitchen.
