Store ordered to pay fine after selling out-of-date sausages – Nottinghamshire Live

A Mansfield store has been ordered to pay a total of £4,100 after being found selling items of food that were months past their use-by dates.Dayim Ltd, which operates Cagla UK Market, in Ladybrook Lane, admitted three offences under food safety and hygiene regulations.The case was heard at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court on Friday, February 8.
