An appropriate qualification in Food Safety is a standard legal requirement for all who work in a food business, whether manufacturing, retail or catering. All food businesses are also required by law to have the correct safe practices and procedures in place and management systems to support their operation such as “Safer Food, Better Business” or for more complex operations a bespoke HACCP plan.
At Jill Taylor Consulting we specialise in the provision of quality training leading to assessment and qualification in subjects such as Food Safety, Food Allergens and HACCP at appropriate levels and for all sectors of the food industry.
In addition, we also support our clients with training and qualification in Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, Manual Handling and COSHH and First Aid. This may be offered “in-house” or through partner businesses who meet our stringent quality requirements.
Training programmes typically range from half a day to three days, and can be bespoke and provided on-site at a client’s workplace, or by enrolment on one of our courses.
