Security fence fallen down or vandalised. Temporary fencing is not always the best way to keep children away from construction sites.

Plant left onsite can be a target for vandals, youths in this area can hot wire most cars and this site fork lift would be of no trouble.

This child could have easily have wanderd onto this site. One of the best playgrounds in the world in his eyes

Not only is site security an issue, access and working at height has to be considered.
lets hope the scaffold board is not the only thing preventing the scaffold from falling sideways spring board?  rusty clips and poles string used to tie in ladder
