"Cabinet fallen down – the owner of this rented house had
attached the kitchen cabinets to the wall with tiny screws that
had no hope of holding the cabinet up for long. When the lady
renting the house moved in and started to unpack her plates and
glasses into the cabinets they soon came off the wall.
Fortunately she had just left the kitchen seconds before so
escaped injury"
