All visitors and drivers must report to reception - on a
railway platform in Winchester!, but more importantly the sign
says wear hard hat, the worker has not got one, either he can't
read, the rules are not enforced or he has language problems.
Silly site security, but most probably better than the even sillier
bunting in the photo above.
