"This mini digger was discovered in use at a major flower
show. The roll cage (rollover protective structure (ROPS)) had
been removed by the contractor to allow transportation, with no
intention of it being replaced, and the seat belt was linked
behind the seat.
Presumably to overcome the interlock!"
