"A bridge being constructed over a busy Summerlin Parkway,
in UK terminology a dual carriageway with 65MPH traffic. No
speed restrictions and work being conducted in close proximity
of traffic and overhead HT Power cables. I wonder how close the
crane was when dropping Rebar into the side nearest the cables.
The Rebar is being unloaded in a car park for a children’s play
area, which has not been closed off.
The site is left every night as seen, with no fencing off."

ladder) before when going past other construction sites, but
previously I’ve always seen them with hand rails and only a
