"This was a power
cable which went to a bank of video editing equipment, the thing
is, that it was found trapped between metal shelving (obviously
been pulled several time which caused the damage shown), whilst
still connected to the power supply ! Electricians report said
it was still live as the fuse had not blown, all somebody had to
do was flick the switch and touch the shelve and start smoking."
