"Three photos of a 32A TP&N temporary supply, installed by
the local, qualified electrician at a village hall in rural
Romania. With no three phase board in the building, one phase
was fed directly from the external incomer, with the other two
phases, neutral and earth coming from an internal distribution
board. Photo 1 shows the external supply box, which had no
functioning lock and was just by the buildings side entrance,
used by the children's play group. Photo 2 shows the internal
distribution board in an unlocked cupboard – and yes the bare
ends bottom left were dead, thanks to the three missing fuses
just above; the bare 'neutral' connections at the bottom,
however, were not. Photo 3 shows where the phases met on the
floor in a corridor. Needless to say some additional safety
precautions were taken before we allowed our party of young
people into the building!"
