You can see by the braces stacked at the bottom of the scaffold,
that all the parts are not being used. Its surprising its still
standing, the frames at the ends have no braces, the platform has no
guarding and is broken and the scaffold board is sheer madness. The
whole scaffold is balanced on boards which appear to go over trench
and balance at on end by breeze block. No outriggers or means of
tying to structure. The scaffold is erected next to a public path.
You will also notice the carpentry and the exposed hole,
confirmation that this is a real bodge job. |
