The top tubes of the zip-up scaffold tower is secured to
the uprights with tape (they had brought too many long rails and
not enough short cross members)
Despite supplying a reasonable
method statement (signed on the day by the contractors involved)
and were under the companies Permit To Work (PTW) system. They
were also advised by site management, that the safety department
would almost certainly audit the job.
